5. Student "No Show” Case
In order to classify as a Student No Show, the teacher should prove that they were waiting for the student until the 25th minute of the class.
If the “Student No Show” is not reported or the screenshot doesn’t follow our standard correctly, the lesson will not be paid.
Always click “Start Class” 1min-30secs before the exact time of class regardless if the student is already there or not.
While waiting for your student, you can mute your microphone but always keep your camera open the entire class time.
While waiting, please always take note of the 2-step mandatory reporting system for late and “No Show” students:
1.Teachers should always report via Skype if the student is not yet in the classroom within the first 5 minutes of the class.
2. If the student is absent for full 25 minutes,
In order to classify as a Student No Show, you must take a proper screenshot and submit it via Teacher Support on the Dashboard
NOTE: Each booked class should be reported as a Student “No Show” if the student does not show up at all; even if you have multiple bookings from the same student, you should mark each booking as a “No Show” after the 25th minute mark in the classroom.

1.Student No Show message 25th minute of class
2.Classroom link
3.Computer time
The class can only be marked as a Student “No Show” if the student did not show up until the 25th minute of the class.
* If a student does not join the class on time, teachers must check their own internet speed to make sure that it is not a technical difficulty from their side; the result must meet the 5 Mbps requirement. It must also be attached when marking a course as “No Show.”
* If a student does not join the class on time, teachers must check if they are in the right classroom. It could be confusing, especially when you have several bookings, but note that being in the wrong classroom is as confusing for the student as it is for the teacher. So, please double check before entering a classroom to avoid misunderstandings.
