If a teacher is absent for 5 minutes without any notification or reason, the class will be tagged as a Teacher “No Show.”

In case the teacher is experiencing sudden technical issues or sudden ISP/Power outage, the teacher must report it to us immediately (via Skype/Text/Call) for it to not be tagged as a Teacher “No Show”.

For the Teacher “No Show” case, the penalty is $3 per class, and your evaluation and booking rate will be negatively affected.

NOTE: If a teacher is absent 3 times in a month, he/she will be suspended from updating schedules for a month.
