[Direct Subordinate Teacher Incentive]

The Leader Teacher Position at 25Hoon is designated for teachers who have achieved at least the Leader Regular Teacher level and have demonstrated the capability to guide, support, and lead fellow teachers.

This position is offered to individuals who can confidently lead a team, assist teachers in adapting to 25Hoon’s teaching environment, and help them successfully increase their class load. Leader Teachers serve as mentors, providing continuous support and direction to their assigned mentees.

By taking on mentoring responsibilities and contributing to the development of their mentees, Leader Teachers receive support compensation and bonuses, which are funded through a portion of the class payments earned by their mentees.

1. Direct Subordinate Teacher Incentive

• Maximum Number of Direct Subordinate Teachers

  • A Leader Teacher can have up to 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers.

• Incentive Rate

  • Leader Teacher receives 4.5% per class (based on the subordinate’s monthly salary)

📌 Example 1.1 — 1 Direct Subordinate Teacher

  • Subordinate Salary: $300

  • Calculation:
    $300 × 4.5% = $13.5

➡️ Leader Teacher Incentive: $13.5

📌 Example 1.2 — 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers (Salary $300 each)

  • Each subordinate salary: $300

  • Calculation:
    $300 × 4.5% × 12 = $162

➡️ Leader Teacher Incentive: $162

📌 Example 2 — 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers (Salary $500 each)

  • Each subordinate salary: $500

  • Calculation:
    $500 × 4.5% × 12 = $270

2. Teacher Subordinate Downline Member Incentive

(Indirect Subordinate Incentive)

• Maximum Downline Members

  • If a Leader Teacher has 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers:
    Up to 144 Downline Members (12 × 12)

  • Each Direct Subordinate Teacher can have up to 12 Downline Members.

• Incentive Rate

  • Leader Teacher receives 40% of the 4.5% per class from the downline teacher.

📌 Example 1 — 1 Downline Member

  • Downline Salary: $300

  • Calculation:
    $300 × 4.5% × 40% = $5.4

➡️ Leader Teacher Incentive: $5.4

📌 Example 1.2 — 12 Downline Members

  • Each downline salary: $300

  • Calculation:
    $300 × 4.5% × 40% × 12 = $64.8

➡️ Leader Teacher Incentive: $64.8

3. Total Incentive Combination

(Direct Subordinate Incentive + Downline Subordinate Incentive)

  • 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers

  • Each Direct Subordinate Teacher has 12 Downline Members

  • Everyone earns $300/month

$300 × 4.5% × 40% × 12 × 12 = $777.6
