HMO Plan Eligibility
We always try our best to provide a good environment for our teachers so this job will give you not only a stable income but also a good work-life balance.
This new year, we are offering our regular teachers an opportunity to take up an HMO plan that could help them with their health concerns.
This is an optional benefit that we can provide. So if you take the offer, then we will support you.
Requirement :
1. Only Regular Teachers who reach at least $200 average monthly salary are eligible for this benefit.
*If you don’t reach $200 yet, you can apply for it when you reach it.
Conditions :
1. You can choose one plan from the HMO List we will provide.
2. Your choice should be between a Semi-Annual and Annual plan only.
3. We are only offering an Individual Plan at the moment.
*Family plan is not included at this moment.
4. Payment System:
a. Annual plan:
25Hoon will shoulder 80% / Teacher will shoulder 20% of the total annual fee.
b. Semi-Annual plan:
25Hoon will shoulder 70% / Teacher will shoulder 30% of the total annual fee.
5. 25Hoon will send you the monthly fee via Paypal. Paypal commission will be shouldered by the Teacher.
Process :
1. You should contact your preferred HMO company from the list.
2. Have a meeting with them, and get the quotation, application form, and contract.
3. Pay HMO fees by yourself first.
4. Request reimbursement from 25Hoon TS by emailing us and attaching the HMO payment proof.
5. 25Hoon will pay 80%/70% of the HMO fee monthly.
6. Conversion rate for HMO Support : US$1 : PHP54.00 conversion rate until rate has been big changes.
FAQ :
1. What is an HMO and how to use it?
For this question, after choosing the HMO most suitable for you, kindly ask the agent assigned to you about their Summary of Benefits. They will guide you with everything.
2. Where is the HMO list and who will I contact to get my plan?
We will attach an Excel sheet here which will include the HMO company list, plan prices and contact information.
3. If I have to get reimbursement for my medical expense, who will I contact?
You may contact the HMO Company directly. They will support you with the coverage and limitations of your HMO plan; 25Hoon will only support your HMO fees.
4. What if I quit my job at 25Hoon before my HMO contract ends?
In such a case, 25Hoon will also stop the financial support for your HMO plan.

If your HMO annual fee is P12,000, 25Hoon will cover 80% of this amount on a monthly basis.
25Hoon Support: P800/month (P200 from teacher)

If your HMO semi-annual fee is P8,000, 25Hoon will cover 70% of this amount on a monthly basis.
