Comprehensive Incentive Overview

The new incentive system will take effect starting with classes on April 1, 2026.

In addition to the existing First Class system, a new incentive has been introduced.
This program combines:

  • The number of students successfully enrolled through First Class, and
  • The number of your existing regular students who extend their packages

When the total reaches certain levels, corresponding rewards will be provided.

Effective from: April 1, 2026

Enrollment Bonus Program
(First Class Student + Existing Regular Student Extensions)

  • Fresh: 10 pax – P1,000 eGift
  • Junior: 25 pax – P3,000 eGift
  • Pro: 50 pax – Power Bank
  • Senior: 100 pax – Flight Ticket or Tour Package (up to PHP 25,000)
  • Master: 200 pax – MacBook

Example:
If you enroll 5 new students through a First Class “F” booking and 3 of your regular students extend their packages, your total will be 8 (5 + 3).

This bonus is cumulative. The longer you work and the better your performance, the greater the rewards.
For example, if you achieve the Fresh level and receive the reward, you will still receive the Junior reward once you reach that level.

If a student who originally enrolled in a 6-month package extends to a 12-month package, you will receive an additional $20 per student.

  • Extensions from 6 months to another 6 months are not eligible.
  • This incentive is designed to encourage longer-term (12-month) extensions.

Please note that this bonus must be reported by the teacher in order to be counted.
If applicable, kindly submit your report during the first week of each month, and we will review and verify it accordingly.

2.1 How can I view my regular students’ package information?

25Hoon is continuously looking for dedicated teachers to join us all year round. We appreciate your referrals of great teachers!

If a teacher you referred starts teaching at 25Hoon and begins receiving regular students through “H” bookings, the referral bonus condition is fulfilled.

  • Fresh: 2 pax – P1,000 eGift
  • Junior: 5 pax – P3,000 eGift
  • Pro: 10 pax – Power Bank
  • Senior: 50 pax – Flight Ticket or Tour Package (up to PHP 25,000)
  • Master: 100 pax – MacBook

In addition, a one-time referral bonus will be provided:

  • Referrer: $15
  • Referee: $15

You are encouraged to support your referral until they reach the stage of receiving “H” bookings.
Once achieved, both parties should apply for the referral bonus through the Payroll Team, and it will be included in the next payday.

The First Class Bonus is awarded when a teacher successfully converts a new customer into a 25Hoon student through a First Class and turns them into their own regular student under an “H” Booking or “B” Booking.

  • “H” Booking: $30 (one-time payment)
  • “B” Booking: $15 (one-time payment)

What is the difference between starting with “H” and “B” bookings?

“H” bookings are long-term students enrolled for 6 or 12 months.
“B” bookings are short-term (3-month) scholarship students who promote 25Hoon as bloggers.

Due to these differences, the bonus amounts also vary.

Important Condition:
Even if you receive a regular student, this bonus only applies if the student previously took a lesson with you through an “F” Booking.

Reason:
Regular students who were not acquired through an “F” Booking are typically:

  • Students transferred from another teacher
  • Existing students who are resuming lessons after a long break
  • Scholarship or special-case students

As these are not considered new customers, they are not eligible for the First Class Bonus.

4.1 First Class Bonus Adjustment

There is a slight change to the First Class bonus system:

  • Previously: All regular students (“H” and “B”) converted from “F” bookings received a $30 one-time bonus
  • Updated (effective April 1, 2026):
    • “H” students: $30 (unchanged)
    • “B” students: $15

Reason:
“B” students are short-term (3-month) blogger students, often provided as scholarship students to help new teachers gain experience. Since converting these students to regulars is relatively easier, the bonus amount has been adjusted accordingly.

This regular bonus is provided based on the number of regular “H” and “B” students you currently have, and it is paid on a monthly basis. The more students you maintain, the higher your fixed monthly bonus will be.

Typically, once you have more than 12 regular students, your income becomes more stable, and the number of completed classes per month also increases.

5.1 Monthly Regular Bonus Counting Criteria

If you receive your payslip in April, the calculation is based on the period from the 1st to the end of the previous month. Therefore, only the number of regular students you had in March will be counted.

5.2 Exceptions (Not Counted Cases)

(1). Regular students who had classes during the counted month but graduate in the first week of the following month will not be included.
For example, based on your March regular students, a student graduating on April 3 (the first week of the next month) will not be counted.

(2). If the regular student’s Progress Sheet is not completed according to the guidelines or is missing, the regular bonus will not be provided.
Even if it is completed later, the bonus for that month will not be reissued.

Please make sure to complete all Progress Sheets properly.

Performance bonus will be released twice a year.

a. : 1st half in April
b. : 2nd half in October

Teachers’ annual bonus amount is based on their monthly average salary and the final amount will depend on their overall performance scores in the past 6 months.

NOTE: Only Teachers who are ranked S to C will receive their half-annual bonus. Teacher who rank from D to N/A will not be eligible to receive their bonuses.

Examples

Example 1

Teacher James showed good performance within the first half of year of his employment so he’s evaluation reached at A tier and his Average monthly amount is $500

New Year Bonus – A Tier(Salary Release Eligibility) 40% = $500 X 40% = $200
Paid : April 5th

However, he wanted to get S tier in next half, so he showed the great performance and got S tier in 2nd half.

Thanks Giving Bonus – S Tier(Salary Release Eligibility) 50% = $500 X 50% = $250
Paid : October 5th

His total bonus is $450 for this year.

6.1 How to score and what’s standard?

There are 30 sections to evaluate and each section’s max score is “10”
But if teacher get 8.5 average, anyone can have S tier’s eligibility.

6.2 Our Annual Bonus evaluation will be done every month and overall performance scores in the past 6 months.

– If a teacher is not eligible for the annual bonus in April, their performance scores will be reset and will be open for new evaluations for the October half-annual bonus release.

– Therefore, teachers can always do better in case they get a low-performance score in the past. On the other hand, the opposite could also happen so it’s always best to strive to maintain good scores all the time.

6.3 Can teacher check the evaluation paper or sheet to understand this evaluation?

Definitely, Yes. We will be sharing the evaluation sheet and payroll team will send it together with your payslip. Everything is transparent.

The Separation Pay is a bonus to motivate teachers to work with us for a long time, whether it is your main or part-time job.

Regular teachers who have stayed with us for at least 1 year are entitled to a Separation Pay.

This is to show our gratitude for their loyalty and service to us.

We will be counting your length of employment with us and we will be considering them as basis for our new year-end bonus system as well as your Separation Pay should you decide to part ways with us in the future.

This is to assure that we are always trying our best to assure you that we value your time with us and that your loyalty and effort is always appreciated.

Because of this, we are introducing a Separation Pay System wherein the company will deduct and accumulate 6.00% from your monthly payment to give you back as high benefits, when you stop your service here.

Separation Pay:

1 year : 50% of the average monthly salary.
2 years : 150% of the average monthly salary.
3 years : 300% of the average monthly salary.
5 years : 600% of the average monthly salary.
10 years : 1500% of the average monthly salary.
15 years : 2500% of the average monthly salary.
20 years : 3000% of the average monthly salary.

After working with us for 3 years, the Separation Pay will be calculated as amounting to 300% of the average monthly.

Example:  For 38 months of work:

= 38 months of total salary/38 months X 300% = Separation Pay

Example case:

If your average monthly salary is USD500, you can check the amount of your separation pay below.

Our Separation Pay System is based on a mileage system and we accumulate the amount and provide our long-time teachers a big benefit and pay when they resign to appreciate their loyalty, effort, and overall time with us.

However, to protect the system and make sure it won’t be abused, we will accumulate 6% from your monthly salary and set it aside and save it. If you calculate this and compare it with our separation pay chart, you will see that the amount that will be given to you will be a lot bigger than the accumulated percentage and this big amount will serve as a big benefit especially if you have stayed with us long time. This is our show of gratitude and thanks to our loyal teachers that would be given to them upon their resignation. Through this, we hope that we could support you in drawing a new journey for yourself.

How to count?

As long as you surpass the exact date of your first year working with us, then it’s going to be counted as 1 month even if you quit after a few days and all bonus and incentives are not included in total amount.

For example:

If you started working with us on February 7 2021 and decided to quit on March 9 2022, your work with us will be counted as 14 months; February 7 2021 – March 7 2022 (13 months) + March 8-9 (2 days only but will be counted as one month).

*Separation fees will be counted per one employment period.

*If you resign or change the position to part-time/general and re-apply, your employment length (in months) will be re-counted and your past employment with us will be void and not counted upon your re-employment.

Reminder

The new incentive system will take effect starting with classes on April 1, 2026.

Students who had classes on or before March 31, 2026 will follow the previous incentive system.

For example, even if you received a “B” regular student from a first class conducted on or before March 31, the incentive will remain $30.

However, these cases will not be counted toward the Mileage Program.
