Leader Teacher System
[Direct Subordinate Teacher Incentive]
– A Leader Teacher can have a maximum of 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers.
Incentive Benefits: 4.5% per class from their Direct Subordinate Teachers.
Example 1.1, if the Leader Teacher has a Direct Subordinate Teacher and her/his monthly salary is $300:
【Direct Subordinate Teachers’ monthly salary (incentives not included)】 $300 X 4.5% = $13.5
*Team Leader will get a $13.5 incentive from a single subordinate.
Example 1.2, if the Leader Teacher has 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers and their salary is $300 each:
【Average Direct Subordinate Teachers’ monthly salary (incentives not included)】 $300 X 4.5% X 12 (Number of Direct Subordinate Teachers) = $162.
*Team Leader will get a total of $162 incentives from 12 subordinates.
Example 2, if the Leader Teacher has 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers and their salary is $500 each:
【Average Direct Subordinate Teachers’ monthly salary (incentives not included)】 $500 X 4.5% X 12 (Number of Direct Subordinate Teachers) = $270.
*Team Leader will get a total of $270 incentives from 12 subordinates.
2. [Teacher Subordinate Teacher Downline Member Incentive]
– A Leader Teacher can have a maximum of 144 Direct Subordinate Teacher Downline Members if they have the 12 maximum Direct Subordinate Teachers.
– Similarly, 1 Direct Subordinate Teacher can have a maximum of 12 Downline Members.
Incentive Benefits: 40% of 4.5% per class from their Direct Subordinate Teachers.
Example 1, if the Leader Teacher’s Direct Subordinate Teacher has a Downline Member with a monthly salary of $300:
【Direct Subordinate Teacher’s Downline Member monthly salary(incentives not included)】 $300 X 4.5% X 40% = $5.4
*Teacher Leader will get a $5.4 incentive from a single Direct Subordinate Teacher Downline Member.
Example 1.2, if the Leader Teacher has a Direct Subordinate Teacher who has 12 Downline Members and their salary is $300 each.
【Direct Subordinate Teacher’s Downline Member monthly salary(incentives not included)】 $300 X 4.5% X 40% X 12 (Direct Subordinates Teachers’ Downline Members) = $64.8
*Team Leader will get a total of $64.8 incentives from his/her Direct Subordinate Teachers’ 12 Downline Members.
Incentive 1 [Direct Subordinate Teacher] + Incentive 2 [Teacher Subordinate Downline Member]
Total Example:
If the Leader Teacher has 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers who have 12 Downline Members and all of them have a $300 monthly salary each:
【Direct Subordinate Teacher’s Downline Member monthly salary(incentives not included)】 $300 X 4.5% X 40% X 12 (Direct Subordinate Teachers) X 12 (Direct Subordinate Teachers’ Downline Members) = $777.6
*Teacher Leader will get $777.6 incentives for that month from his/her 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers and their 12 Downline Members.


NOTE: Only Teachers who are ranked S to C will receive their half-annual bonus. Teacher who rank from D to N/A will not be eligible to receive their bonuses.
NOTE:
1. Teacher Leader – can lead a maximum of 12 Direct Subordinate Teachers; can have a maximum of 144 Direct Subordinate Teacher Downline Members.
2. Direct Subordinate Teacher – direct members of a Teacher Leader.
3. Direct Subordinate Teacher Downline Member – members of a Direct Subordinate Teacher.
